JPJePlate EV

JPJePlate is an initiative by the Ministry Of Transport (MOT) and Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan (JPJ) Malaysia to revolutionize the transport industry. Its primary goal is to increase road safety and standardize all number plate design on the road.

• International Vehicle Registration Code Number and Abbreviation for Malaysia (MAL) embossed
• Color on the left side of the plate indicating the type of fuel used by the vehicle. For example: green color for ZEV (Zero – Emission Vehicle)
• Holographic stripes
• Anti-counterfeiting foil
• Digital signature (QR Code)
• Laser-engraved serial number
• Embedded RFID
• Security screws for installation
